Working with a
number of our key clients, DML Contracting is
responsible for the delivery of a wide variety
of planned projects in the housing, education
and public building sectors.
Utilising Stegra, our state of the art computerised
management system DML are able to efficiently
organise the varied range of disciplines and types
of work that we encounter, minimising disruption
to our clients premises and completing works on
time. In housing, projects can be as wide ranging
as replacement windows and doors, external decorations,
new bathrooms, kitchens, rewires, boiler replacement
and upgrades, environmental work, off road parking
and fencing. In the education sector there are
different considerations and challenges facing
the DML Contracting team. Many of the larger projects
in this sector are carried out during school holidays
and are therefore time critical. We work with
a number of clients during the year to plan their
budgets and programmes of work closely to:

At DML Contracting we work
in partnership with our clients to pre-schedule
programmes of work to ensure the most efficient
use of time. We schedule appointments with tenants/residents
in the housing sector so that their choices can
be catered for and offer a multi-disciplinary
approach to make sure that as much of the work
as possible is done in one visit.
All our operatives wear corporate uniform and
all our vehicles carry our livery giving the reassurance
that a professional is carrying out the job. Our
operatives are also trained in customer care and
will demonstrate the utmost respect for the property
they are dealing with. In the education arena
it is necessary for all our operatives to be CRB
checked.
