able to manage the 3500 responsive repair jobs
that need attending to on a weekly basis.
The responsive team at DML offers a call out system
that delivers qualified tradesmen to a job within
two hours of the initial call. Through its Best
Value performance indicators, DML deliver a consistent
and efficient service to the highest standard.
All vehicles are well stocked to ensure that repairs
can be carried out quickly and efficiently and
the vehicles also carry a tracking system to allow
the call centre staff to update customers on likely
arrival times.
Urgent repairs are completed within three days
of the original enquiry and we also operate an
appointment system for non-urgent jobs to ensure
that all enquiries are dealt with at a convenient
time.
For all of our clients we have pre-agreed performance
indicators that help us to track our delivery
over the period of a contract. This is vital if
we are to continue with our strong track record
in customer care.
